OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCLUSIONS APPLY, SEE SECTION 3), AGE 18 OR OLDER (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE, IF OLDER).
1. Promotion Periods
The Her Part Dyson Airwrap™ Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") runs in separate Promotion Periods. Promotion Period 1 begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Sunday, November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, January 31, 2027. Dates for any later Promotion Period will be posted in updated Official Rules before that period begins. One (1) winner is selected for each Promotion Period. Each Promotion Period is a separate sweepstakes, and entries do not carry over from one Promotion Period to the next. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
2. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Send It Ventures LLC, doing business as Her Part ("Sponsor"), 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Contact: [email protected]. Dyson is not a sponsor of, and does not endorse or administer, this Sweepstakes.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, EXCLUDING residents of Rhode Island, who have a valid email address. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi), at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and its advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void outside the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter. Both have equal dignity and the same chance of winning. Each eligible entry, by either method, counts as one (1) entry with the same weight in the drawing.
- Purchase entry: completing a Qualifying Purchase at getherpart.com during a Promotion Period enters the purchaser once in that Promotion Period's drawing, regardless of the number of purchases. A "Qualifying Purchase" is the first payment of any Her Part offer that getherpart.com identifies, at the time of purchase, as including a giveaway entry. Renewal payments, repeat purchases and purchases made outside a Promotion Period do not create entries. A purchase entry is not voided by a later cancellation, return or refund.
- Free entry online: complete and submit the free online entry form at getherpart.com/pages/contact?view=airwrap-entry during a Promotion Period. No purchase or payment of any kind is required.
- Free entry by mail: hand-print your first and last name, mailing address, email address, date of birth and the words "Her Part Airwrap Giveaway, Period 1" on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Her Part Airwrap Giveaway, Send It Ventures LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Promotion Period and received within five (5) days after it ends. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. No purchase or payment of any kind is required.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and per household for each Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. If a person enters by more than one method, only the first eligible entry received counts. Additional entries will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means are void. Entries that are incomplete, late or not in compliance with these Official Rules are void.
5. Prize
One (1) prize is awarded per Promotion Period: one (1) Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ multi-styler and dryer, Straight+Wavy (Ceramic Pink/Rose Gold). Approximate retail value (ARV): $749.99 USD. Total ARV of all prizes per Promotion Period: $749.99 USD. The difference between the ARV and the actual value at the time of award, if any, will not be paid. No cash alternative, transfer or substitution by winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable. The prize ships only to a U.S. street address in an eligible state, within about thirty (30) days after the winner is verified.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period. Purchase entries and free entries have the same odds.
7. Winner Selection
The winner for each Promotion Period will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Promotion Period, conducted by Sponsor or its agent on or about Friday, February 5, 2027, and in any case within fifteen (15) business days after the Promotion Period ends. Sponsor will also draw alternates in ranked order at the same time.
8. Notification and Claim
The potential winner will be notified at the email address provided at entry (and by phone if one was provided) on or about the draw date and must respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Wednesday, February 10, 2027. Sponsor may require the potential winner to verify identity, age and eligibility and to sign and return, within that same deadline, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the ranked alternates drawn at random. No more than three (3) alternates will be contacted.
9. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. The winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.
11. General Conditions and Release
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or corrupted entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs its integrity, and, in that event, to select a winner from eligible entries received before the action. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law.
12. Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at getherpart.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entering the Sweepstakes does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Sponsor uses entrant information to administer the Sweepstakes, including verifying eligibility and contacting the winner.
14. Winner's Name
For the name of the winner of a Promotion Period, email [email protected] with the subject "Airwrap Giveaway Winner" or mail a request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address in section 2 within thirty (30) days after that Promotion Period ends. Sponsor will send the winner's name, city and state after the winner is verified.
